Carrying out a quality diagnosis

A property strategy is based on a precise diagnosis and a trusted cost estimate of the work required. Nowadays, renovation has become a priority area for reducing CO2 emissions. Quantifying CO2 emissions has also evolved into an essential criteria of the property strategy.

Appoint independent experts. Any independent expert with knowledge of buildings (architects, engineers, CECB experts, building authorities) can use the software, provided they have been trained. Owners are free to appoint any independent expert they wish. The canton of Neuchâtel has chosen EPIQR+ to assess the state of all their nursing homes. EPIQR Rénovation and ESTIA trained the architects chosen by the canton.

No matter which solution is chosen, tokens can easily be bought to use the method. Prices vary according to the number of buildings and modules required.
