EPIQR+ offers a complete diagnosis of your building's architectural elements and technical installations, while taking energy aspects into account. Using this data, it provides precise estimates of the cost of works and indirect CO2 emissions, facilitating efficient and sustainable management of your property assets.

Diagnosis of architectural features

EPIQR+ lists more than 300 types of element (external walls, windows, floor coverings, etc.). It is thanks to these types that the cost database can model the building and calculate costs with such impressive precision right from the very initial phase of diagnosis.

For a better understanding of the diagnosis and a better description of the building, the elements are grouped together.

A residential building is modelled with 40 to 50 elements for 10 groups.

Diagnosis of technical installations

When visiting a building, EPIQR+ can be used to diagnose the technical installations in order to determine their state of deterioration, identify any obsolescence and describe the work required to repair or replace them.

Thanks to our cross-disciplinary vision of the facilities, we are able to prioritise work that is consistent with each other, taking into account the condition of the architectural elements.

This allows us, for example, to avoid replacing heating production before obsolete windows have been changed, or renovating sanitary facilities without first carrying out work on a damaged distribution system.

 

Taking energy aspects into account

The energy and environmental aspects are included in the diagnosis, with a qualitative approach that does not involve a thermal assessment, which we have called Check Energie.

Of course, if an energy analysis has been carried out to establish a label, the Check Energie is only a communication tool, but if no analysis has been carried out, this tool enables the EPIQR expert to communicate in his report the building's energy weaknesses, which he analyses explicitly and concisely to integrate the costs of the work associated with the renovation.

EPIQR+'s strength also lies in the costing of a whole range of energy improvement works, from solar collectors to innovative building control and monitoring technologies.

Estimated cost of works

A cost database and the EPIQR+ calculation model can be used to estimate the cost of restoration work, to an accuracy of 15%.

EPIQR+ costs are continually revised and updated by the EPIQR+ team on the basis of site cost feedback from our users. We regularly analyse the actual costs of complete building renovation operations and EPIQR+ costs.

The final report contains a detailed summary of the costs for each element, either in total or in relation to the reference lifetime of the elements.

Estimated indirect CO2 emissions

Thanks to the exhaustiveness and accuracy of the EPIQR+ database, you can easily calculate the grey energy produced during the restoration work.

The final report contains a detailed summary of emissions for each element in total or in relation to the duration of the elements in accordance with the SIA 2032 standard.
