As part of the European InvestImmo project, in which Retraites populaires took part, the pension fund's property department asked EPIQR Rénovation and ESTIA to carry out valuations of 30 buildings in its portfolio, which are due to be renovated in the near future.

Based on the information contained in a CECB+ report, the EPIQR+ tool provides an estimate of the overall cost of all the work required to meet the owner's needs. In addition to the estimate for the work, EPIQR+ is now capable, thanks to EPIQR CO2, of calculating the CO2 footprint of the planned work. This enables the expert to compare and optimise scenarios to meet both the homeowner's budget and the CO2 budget recommended by CO2 legislation.
