Diagnosis and calculation of building renovation costs
EPIQR+ is a fast, reliable diagnostic method for assessing renovation costs. Tried and tested on several thousand buildings,it is now available online via a simple, user-friendly web application.

Owners of buildings or property parks
Implement a real estate management strategy with EPIQR+.
A property strategy is based on a quality diagnosis and a credible costing of the work required. Today, renovation is becoming a priority for reducing CO2 emissions, and quantifying CO2 emissions is also an important part of a property strategy.
Before implementing a strategy, the owner, his manager or his representative must organise an inventory of fixtures and fittings and put a figure on the cost of renovation, as well as quantifying the indirect CO2 emissions generated by the work. With EPIQR+, they have the freedom to choose how they want to work with the software.
Partners, architects or building experts
EPIQR+ helps you give meaning, credibility and utility to your expertise.
Whether you're an architect or an engineer, EPIQR+ and EPIQR+ CO2 can help you turn a partial assessment such as a CECB+, a technical diagnosis, a fire safety assessment or a property valuation into an optimised, costed renovation strategy.
The EPIQR+ method makes it possible, on the basis of little dimensional information, to provide a detailed cost report by construction elements accurate to +/-15% in a single day. With no additional effort, it also calculates the indirect CO2 emissions associated with the work.

EPIQR+ expertise
Our main areas of expertise include the EPIQR+ diagnostic method, a comprehensive and up-to-date database of renovation costs, and an indirect carbon assessment to evaluate the environmental footprint of projects.

Proven method for establishing a rapid and accurate diagnosis of the physical and functional state of deterioration of a building

Based on the diagnosis of a building, in just 2 clicks you can obtain an estimate for renovation work based on 3 scenarios

The CO2 EPIQR+ method can now be used to assess, calculate and integrate indirect carbon emissions linked to construction, renovation scenarios, etc.
Training
Diagnosis of the state of deterioration and energy obsolescence of buildings
From diagnosis to "Roadmap for works" with the Investimmo planning method
Main functions
Diagnosis of architectural elements
EPIQR+ currently lists almost 300 types of element (external walls, windows, floor coverings, etc.). For a better understanding of the diagnosis and a better description of the building's structure, the elements are grouped into macro-elements.
Technical Facilities Diagnosis
EPIQR+ can be used to diagnose technical installations in order to determine their state of deterioration, identify any obsolescence and describe the work required to repair or replace them.
Energy aspects
The energy and environmental aspects are integrated into the diagnosis, with a qualitative approach that does not involve a thermal assessment, which we have named Check Energie. EPIQR+'s strength also lies in the costing of a whole range of energy improvement works, from solar collectors to innovative building control and monitoring technologies.
Estimated cost of works
A cost database and the EPIQR+ calculation model are used to estimate the cost of the refurbishment work, to an accuracy of 15%. The final report contains a detailed cost summary for each element, as well as the total cost of refurbishing the building.
Estimated indirect CO2 emissions
The completeness and accuracy of the EPIQR+ database makes it possible to calculate the grey energy of the restoration work. The final report contains a detailed summary of the emissions for each element in total or in relation to the duration of the elements in accordance with the SIA 2032 standard.
Production of various reports
Depending on your needs, you can produce different types of report: summary reports, detailed reports, documented reports, etc. You can also choose to produce reports for each renovation scenario, with or without carbon impacts. You can find examples of reports on the features page.
Accessible on all devices
The web architecture and ergonomics of the EPIQR+ web application mean that it can be accessed from a tablet or computer. This makes it easy to diagnose a building in the field.
